Create an Auto Notify Video Tutorial & Steps

What is it?

An AutoNotify Campaign gives agents the ability to automatically alert their clients via email and/or push notification when a listing that meets their specific criteria comes on the market. This includes new listings, back to active listings, price changes of $1K or more and status changes.



  • You can start to Create an Auto Notify Campaign in a few different ways.
    • Hover over 'Search' and select Auto Notify
      • then from the Auto Notify Manager, enter the criteria and complete a search.  
      • Then, select
    • -OR- If you are using your Dashboard Widgets, the Auto Notify widget has a quick link:  'go to my Auto Notifies',

      • Then, from the Auto Notify Manager, enter the criteria and complete a search.
      • Then, select

⇩⇩ We recommend starting it this way ⇩⇩:

  • From the dashboard, click 'Additional Search Options' in orange, to complete a search and 'Save As Auto Notify'.


    • Enter any Common Criteria and Additional Criteria that may apply.  You can search using the center tool on the map, draw a specific area or shape on the map, add layers, drive time or even do a Near Me Search and/or combine any of these to search.  Then click search.

**REMEMBER** Unless searching a specific MLS #/s, all searches require you to enter a location type, i.e., County, City, Zip Code, or Using the Map Location.

  • Next, select the save icon and then click 'Save as Auto Notify'.  

  • Name your Search and click 'Add Clients to this Search.'  Select from your list of contacts in realtracs or Create a New Contact, fill in the Name, Mobile # & Email and save it.  Then click 'Add Selected'.

  • Toggle on 'Automatically share new results with my clients and/or 'Allow clients to provide feedback on results'.

**PLEASE NOTE** if you toggle on 'allow clients to provide feedback' you MUST advise them to click 'Create an Account' on their FIRST email.

To view what Your Client receives, click [ HERE ]

  • Then, choose how YOU, THE AGENT wishes to be notified of the new results.
  • Select 'Customize Notification Settings', and choose how often 
    YOU, THE AGENT (if you selected notifications) and the CLIENT wishes to be notified of new listings.  You can edit the email subject line to tailor it for your client, and add a note in the email body. 

**PLEASE NOTE**  if you choose to add a note in the email body, this note will appear in EVERY Auto Notify email notification that is sent.

  • Then select how YOU, THE AGENT wishes to be notified of their Feedback (likes/dislikes/comments).  Then, click save.

  • Next, choose how you want to share the results of this first search.  
    • Select 'Share All' if you wish to share all of the listings you found when setting up the Auto Notify. 
    • Select 'View Results' if you wish to only share select listings from the original search.
    • Select 'Back to Search' to return to searching.
    • -OR- Select 'Go to Manager', to go to your Auto Notify Manager.
