MY LISTINGS: Add a Listing

ADD A LISTING VIDEO TUTORIAL & STEPS

1. From the dashboard, hover over 'My Listings' and select 'Listing Management'.
2. Click the plus icon (+) to begin adding your listing. Select the Property Class, and as you enter the property address, multiple will populate, select the address that best matches your property.  Then, select the Tax ID # by choosing the radio button.  Then, choose 'Next'.
3. Add directions, then, save and continue.
   
   
4. The icons on the left indicate the sections of the listing to fill out.  To hop around from section to section simply click on an icon.  OR fill out each page in its entirety and click the next button to go to the next section.
5. Realtracs confirms our subscribers' desire for transparent negotiations with their clients and prospective buyers by allowing users to enter ANY amount from zero and up in the Buyer Broker Compensation field.

   Realtracs allows all users to enter any amount, from zero and up, in a listing's cooperative compensation fields. Realtracs validates our subscribers' flexibility and the transparency and clarity of the cooperative compensation being offered through the Realtracs platform. Realtracs has always offered flexibility and has never specified a cooperative compensation amount. The listing agent enters the cooperative compensation amount agreed upon with their seller client, from zero
   and up, and can negotiate compensation at their client's direction.

7. When listing a property as Coming Soon or Active you must have, at a minimum, ONE photo of the property.  To add photos, documents and links, select the Media section and then click the plus (+) icon.  You can add up to 70 photos, 10 documents and 7 links.
8. Your broker pre-designates what agent info & to whom the listing is shared with.  You can select YES to share the listing on line.  You can choose NOT to share the listing on line by selecting NO.  Then click next.
9. Be sure to preview your listing.  Once you have determined the listing is error free, click 'Publish'.  Save as Active or Coming Soon.
   
   
10. When saving as 'Coming Soon', there must be a 'Make Listing Active Date'.  Realtracs will automatically move the listing from Coming Soon to Active on this date.  You will be notified via email in advance of the change.
