How to Access Transaction Desk from Realtracs
Realtracs provides you with multiple 3rd Party Tools right from our MLS platform. Due to Realtracs' integration with said tools, a single sign-on provides seamless access to all of them, including Transaction Desk!
The Tennessee REALTORS® maintains a full library of up to date state forms & contracts through Transaction Desk. Transaction Desk is a document management program which is provided by Lone Wolf Technologies-Instanet Solutions, a Tennessee REALTORS® preferred provider and is free to all Members. It allows You to create, edit, and delete forms and auto populate forms via Realtracs MLS data within Transactions; and allows participation with clients, customers and vendors.

To access Transaction Desk from Realtracs, you must have your NRDS ID # (Your NRDS ID is a 9 digit number that is provided by the National Association of REALTORS® to verify your association memberships) on your Realtracs profile.

You can access Transaction Desk from Realtracs 3 ways:

If you are utilizing your Quick Links widget on your dashboard, simply click the link labeled Transaction Desk.

You can also hover over My Listings and select Transaction Desk.

Or from ANY listing view (Grid - List - Map - Property Report), select the listing, go to the More menu and select Transaction Desk.
