BROKER Settings: Billing Info

BROKER SETTINGS BILLING INFO STEPS

  1. From the dashboard, hover over your name on the right, select 'Billing Info' and then choose 'Add Payment Method'.
  2. Next, choose your payment method(credit/debit card or electronic check from checking or savings), enter the info and select the blue add button.  Please note: ACH verification can take between three to five days to complete. This process is controlled by your financial
    institution.
  3. As a Broker, you may have a paid staff person who needs access to Realtracs that you would like to pay for their access.  You can sponsor them.  This allows you to have their invoices sent straight to your billing account for payment.  From your 'Billing Info' page, scroll down and select 'Add Sponsored Account'.  Then, search for the recipient by typing in their name, or scrolling down to find them.  Select the name you wish to sponsor.  Once you've selected the recipient, you must agree to the terms and click next, a confirmation will pop up, then click ok.
