Broker Settings: Billing Info/Payment

Broker Billing/Payment Steps

  1. From the dashboard, hover over your name on the right, select Billing Info.

  2. Next, select Add Payment Method.  

  3. Next, choose your payment method, credit/debit card or electronic check from a savings or checking account, enter the required info and select Add Card or Initiate Verification.

ACH Verification can take between 3-5 business days to complete.  This process is controlled by YOUR financial institution.

***Please Note***

 As a Broker, you may have a paid staff person who needs access to Realtracs that you would like to pay for their access.  You can sponsor them.  This allows you to have their invoices sent straight to your billing account for payment.  

  1.  From your Billing Info page, scroll down and select Add Sponsored Account.  

  2. Then, search for the recipient by typing in their name, or scrolling down to find them.  Select the name you wish to sponsor.  

  3. Once you've selected the recipient, you must agree to the terms and click next.

  4. When the confirmation pops up, click ok.  

  5. Your Billing Info page will have your sponsored individuals or beneficiary listed as well as a delete button (trashcan icon).  

  6. The sponsored individual will receive the following email confirmation.  Their Billing Info page will look like this:
