Steps to adding a team member in Sentrilock


How do I request to add an agent as a Team Member in Sentrilock?
  1. Navigate to https://www.Sentrilock.com
  2. Log in to your Sentrilock account.
  3. Click the menu button in the upper right corner of the home page and click My Settings.




  4. On the left side, click the Account Settings tab.





  5. In the center section, find the Team Members field and type in the name of the Sentrilock member that you’d like to add to your team, click their name in the drop-down menu, and then click the + icon.



  6. You should then see a Success pop-up window, and you should now see your requested team member’s name with a pending icon next to it. The pending icon will disappear as soon as your team member responds to the request.


 

How do I accept a Team Member request?

  1. Log in to the Sentrikey Real Estate app on your phone or tablet.
  2. Tap the envelope icon in the top center of the screen.





  3. Tap the Team Member Request message, and from there you can approve or deny the request.





  4. Tapping approve will show a success pop-up, and you will be all set!


 

What access does being a Sentrilock Team Member grant me?

  1. The team members may use each other's lockboxes in every, way except transferring said lockboxes.
  2. The team members can see each other's listings in the system as though they are their own, and assign lockboxes to them.
  3. The team members can generate codes to release the shackle, access codes, and Flex Codes.
