Walk The Property Lines steps
Walking the property lines couldn't be easier using the Realtracs App! Using your location services on your phone, walking the property lines allows you and your client to see approximately where the property begins and ends!

First, you MUST be physically at the property location to walk the property lines. You can walk the property lines whether the property is On or Off Market. The fastest way to find the property on the Realtracs App is to enter in the Property Address or MLS # in the Quick Search.
***Please Note***
For On Market property reports only : you can also select the Near Me button on the right of the map. Tap on Grid and scroll to find your property. Then, tap on the property to open the full report.

On Market Address & On or Off Market MLS # Searches: Tap on the map icon
at the bottom right of the photo.

Off Market Address Searches: Tap on the expand icon
at the bottom right of the map.

The property parcel lines will be outlined in blue/gray. Starting at the edge of the property, begin walking. The blue location icon will follow you as you walk along the blue/gray line.
On Market Map: Off Market Map:
***Note***
Invite your client to download the Realtracs App and they can also walk the property lines, however, they CANNOT see Off Market property reports. Only On Market, i.e., Coming Soon, Active & UC/Showing.
