Interactive Live & Customized Buyer Tour Steps

Realtracs provides you with multiple 3rd Party Tools right from our MLS platform.  Due to Realtracs' integration with said tools, a single sign-on provides seamless access to all of them, including Cloud CMA!

Cloud_CMA_vertical_1_greenThe Cloud CMA is a 3rd Party Online report generating tool that Realtracs has provided for you.  This tool allows you to create an in depth CMA, innovative Buyer Tour, one page Flyer's and expanded, eye catching Property Reports.

What is a Buyer Tour? A real estate professional organizes a buyer tour when a buyer is ready to tour properties that they may be interested in. It can have important information about each home, pulled from the MLS, including photos, buyer guidance, and neighborhood and school information.

  1. A buyer tour can be created from the Search menu by completing a Listings Search, from Hot Sheets, Auto Notify, and My ListsAnd from the Showings menu, by selecting Buyer Appointments.

  2. Next, whatever results screen you are on, just select the properties you wish to show, and choose the More Menu (3 dots).  Then, choose Buyer Tour.

    If in Showings-Buyer Appointments, select the properties you wish to show, and choose the Cloud CMA green 'Tour' icon.
  3. In the Cloud CMA product, you can create your map route, BEFORE you schedule the showings so you can set up the schedule based on the route! We recommend you save the properties you're going to show to your My Lists folder.  Name that List-”Buyer Tour” with an identifier as to which buyer tour it is, so you can refer back to it later, or add to it as needed.   Screenshot 2024-02-15 at 4.12.51 PM
  4. If this is your first time using the Cloud CMA Product, you will need to activate your account and launch it.  Fill in your first and last name, and email, then, check the box that you have read & agree with the terms of service.  Then click the Activate button.  Screenshot 2024-02-15 at 3.59.17 PMOn the next screen select Cloud CMA Launch.  Then, close completely out of the Cloud CMA product.  Screenshot 2024-02-15 at 3.51.39 PMBack in Realtracs, click Buyer Tour again.  Screenshot 2024-02-15 at 4.12.51 PM
  5. From the 'Create Tour' page, enter your clients name under the Title field.  Then select the date you want to schedule the showings for.
  6. Next, you can add in additional properties if you need to, by entering in the property address or MLS number.  Then, scroll down to select Create Tour.  Create the route by selecting 'Route in Google Maps'.   Even add your starting point such as your office or an agreed upon address to meet up. image-png-Jan-30-2024-08-54-23-1915-PMNow, toggle back go back to the listings in realtracs and schedule the showings times in the order of the route you created.  Screenshot 2024-02-16 at 2.01.14 PM  
  7. Now, toggle back to your Buyer Tour and select the Edit button, then add the Viewing Time you scheduled for each address.  To re-arrange the order of the properties, hover over the 3 lines on the left of each property, click and drag. image-png-Jan-30-2024-06-03-20-5845-PMimage-png-Jan-30-2024-06-09-05-5346-PM
  8. Next, choose 'Create Tour'.  See the properties side by side by clicking 'Compare'. Scroll down to see more property info, use the arrows to move back or forward to see all properties on the tour.  To return to the previous page, click the green arrow in the top left.  
  9. To send to your buyer, click 'Share'.  To share the link, click 'Copy public link' and then go to your preferred email to create a new email and paste the link in the body of the email.

You can also choose to customize a printable PDF version of the Buyer Tour.  Just Click 'Customize'.  Initially, the format mirrors the 'Default Template', encompassing nearly all of the content that Cloud CMA provides you.   To look at each page of the buyer tour, click the title.  If you wish to remove a page, hover over the title, and select the red minus sign that appears.If you removed a page by accident, you can recover it under additional content.  Click the little green down arrow and then click the little green plus icon to add it back.  Notice the Template changed from default to 'Unsaved Template'.  To re-arrange the order of the content, hover over the block, then click and drag it to the position preferred.Once the buyer tour content is formatted to your liking, you can create a template.  Click 'Unsaved Template'.  Select the 'Save as Template' button.  Then, name it, and then click Save.
    When you're ready to share the customized report, select the green 'Publish Report' button.  
  11. From here, you can View the PDF, view the live version and share the report.
  12. To customize your Cloud CMA settings, select the gray silhouette in the top right corner.  Click Account Settings, to add your headshot, your company logo, and your Agent/Contact information. You can also add Custom Pages and use the Lead Generation tool for free. To see short "how to" videos by Cloud CMA, select Learning Resources.
