Exempt Listing Form:

To enter a listing as EXEMPT into Realtracs: 

• Print this form: Sellers Instruction Not to Disseminate Property Information Through Realtracs

• Have your seller complete and sign/date it.

• Fill out your portion and sign/date it.

• While creating the listing, simply enter the Date of Signed Listing Agreement & Expiration Date in the Listing Details section under Contract Info.  
  

• Go to the Media section and upload the completed form to Documents.

• Finally, save the listing as Incomplete.

Non-MLS Form:

To list a property for Comp purposes: 

• Fill out this form: Non-MLS Form

• The property must be added as a new listing.  In the Listing Details Section under Public Remarks, the statement “For Comp Purposes Only” and a full description of the property must be entered.  At a minimum, one representative photo of the property is required as.

• Place the listing in UC/Not Showing, and then Close it out.

• A copy of the Non-MLS permission form and the closing statement must be emailed to data@realtracs.com.   

• Once received, Realtracs will correct the List, Under Contract, and Closed dates, as well as the Listing Agent field.
