When the Listing Agent IS NOT using Realtracs Showings as their showing service.
Realtracs Showings is available to all Brokers and Agents as part of the Listing Management System, removing the complications of setting up showing details and requesting appointments in another platform outside of Realtracs! On occasion, you will encounter listings that select a 3rd Party or Other as their Showing Service.
The data for showing activity, buyer appointment and seller appointment functionality, etc., will not be available when using a 3rd Party or Other instead of Realtracs Showings.

From the Grid view, or a full property report, select Schedule Showing.

If the Listing Agent is using Zillow's Showing Time, as their showing service, you will see the prompt below. Select Click here to schedule a showing.

If the Listing Agent is using Other, follow the instructions under Showing Info, such as Call Agent, Sentrilock, Agent Must Be Present, etc.
