Guide for how Consumers get to you thru Realtracs' Lead Generation

Realtracs Leads are: 

• FREE!
• Direct to you!
• Over 250,000 Consumer visitors per month!

• When a consumer visits realtracs.com , just like you, they can complete a Quick Search, looking for an Address, City, County, School, Street, Zip or even MLS #.  If they have their location services turned on in their browser, they can also complete a Near Me Search by clicking the map locator icon.   They can also complete a more specific Search by clicking Additional Search Options in orange. 

• When the consumer finds a listing that suits their needs, they can select the listing and YOUR (the listing agent), information will populate on the listing.

• The consumer simply selects the Contact Agent button and then fills out the form.  They receive a confirmation that it has been sent to you.  

• You will then receive an email with the lead information.  

• When a consumer visits realtracs.com they can click Find a local REALTOR®️ in orange.  

• They can search for an Office by Zip code, City, Office Name or Agent Name.   

• When they select the Office they wish to see more about, they will be able to view the About Us biography, all office contact info, all Listings for that office and the Office Roster of Agents.

• When the consumer finds a listing that suits their needs, they can select the listing and YOUR (the listing agent) information will populate on the listing.

• The consumer simply selects the Contact Agent button and then fills out the form.  They receive a confirmation that it has been sent to you.

• You will then receive an email with the lead information.
