My Listings: Listing Activity

Steps to see & share your Listing's Activity

  1. Hover over My Listings and select Listing Management.

  2. From Mange Listings, find the listing you want to see the Listing Activity for and click on the Activity button to the right of the listing.

    OR from the List View, Find the listing you wish to see data for and select the Listing Activity Report icon.  Screenshot 2023-01-12 at 11.51.15 AM

  3. View your listings activity! Total Listing Views is broken down by Realtracs Views, Realtor.com views, and Zillow Group Views. Realtracs Views is composed of public views on realtracs .com, shared Buyer Reports via links, and views from Listing Alerts and the Client Portal.

Please be advised that due to limitations imposed by third-party websites, there may be a delay in obtaining immediate live data:

Zillow.com views experience a delay of 48 hours. Consequently, Zillow views will not be visible on Realtracs until 48 hours after the listing goes "Coming Soon" or "Active".

Realtor.com views are delayed up to 72 hours.

  • From the Listing Activity Report, you can: 

    -Edit the listing.

    - Share the listing activity or the property report preview- Market to social media

         - And use the More menu ( ... ) to: Change the Status of the listing, create a Flyer using the Cloud CMA tool, Manage Media, schedule an Open House, and Print the Full Report.

  • When viewing an Incomplete listing, the Listing Activity Report will prompt you to Publish your listing. 

You can also easily keep track of your listing activity straight from your Realtracs Dashboard! Use the Listing Views widget to keep track of your views and marketing your listing.
