      Agent Deal Summary-Agent Performance Summary for the past 12 months

      ***WHAT IS IT ?***

      Agent Deal Summary shows a rolling 12 month Listing and Selling history for a Listing/Selling Agent and, or Co-listing/Co-selling Agent.

      Note: this information is visible only to members that are logged into Realtracs (not visible to the public) and is updated daily.

      Listing Sides Calculation: 

      Rolling 12 months history (CLOSED date within 12 months).  The numbers are run around 4:45 am daily.
      • One Listing = The Total of One Side 
        • The Listing Side counts for both Listing Agents and Co-listing Agents
        • Value: 1.0 = 1 Listing side w/NO Co-List agent
        • Value: 0.5 = 1/2 of the Listing side for Listing agent, if there IS a Co-list agent
        • Value: 0.5 = the other 1/2 of the Listing side for the Co-listing agent
      • The Listing Side Number includes all CLOSED: Residential, Multi-Family, Land/Lot/Farm, Commercial Sale and Closed Auction.
        • EXCLUDED PROPERTY CLASSES: 
          Rental and Commercial Lease
        • EXCLUDED LISTING STATUSES: 
          Coming Soon/Hold, Active, Under Contract-Showing, Under Contract-NOT Showing, Cancelled and Expired
      • The Listing Side Average List Price and Median List Price for Residential, Multi-Family, Land/Lot/Farm and Commercial Sale is calculated using List Price.
        • EXCLUDED PROPERTY CLASSES: 
          Rental, Commercial Lease, and Auctions (auctions have no list price).   

      Selling Sides Calculation:  

      Rolling 12 months history (CLOSED date within 12 months).  The numbers are run around 4:45 am daily.
