[Listing Alerts](https://supporthub.realtracs.com/realtracs-university?hsLang=en#listing-alerts) # Listing Alerts: Push Notifications: Agent ## Push Notifications Guides & Tips for Agents **\*\*\* What are they? \*\*\*** Push notifications are messages that can be sent directly to a user's mobile device. They can appear on a lock screen or in the top section of a mobile device. Push notifications are ONLY available on iOS (Apple) or Android devices. Push Notifications are not available on desktop, laptop, or tablet devices running Windows or Mac OS.  **\*\*\* PLEASE NOTE \*\*\*** This guide is meant for Agents.  If you are looking for a guide to share with your Client, **[\[CLICK HERE\]](https://supporthub.realtracs.com/auto-notify-my-client?hsLang=en)** **Steps for AGENTS:**  1. In order to receive Push Notifications, you will first need to check your **Notification Settings** and make sure **Push Notifications** under Delivery Method is selected. 2. To get to Notification Settings, hover over your **name** in the upper right corner and select **Settings**. 3. From your **Settings**, select **Notification Settings** from the table of contents on the right. 4.
