Search: Quick Search

1. From the dashboard, you can enter an Address, City, County, School, Street Name, Zip Code, or MLS number/s. As you type, multiple choices may drop down, simply click to select the one you desire. To search using your location, select the location pointer icon to the left of the search bar. 

2. Once selected, if the property address or MLS # you're looking for is in Realtracs as Coming Soon/Hold, Active, or Under Contract Showing, the listing will populate. If the property is off-market, Realtracs will return a property report, see the example below:

   

3. After running a search, a variety of options will display to view properties.  Selectable buttons above the map allow you to choose the format you wish to see the listings in.

Map View: Map view is displayed by default and shows listings on an interactive map with a results grid. Click a price flag to see a thumbnail of the property, then click the photo to open the full property report. If you see a blue circle with a number, the map is zoomed out and multiple listings are grouped together. Click the circle or zoom in to see the individual properties.

List View: The List view displays basic listing information in a line-by-line format. This includes details such as MLS #, address, subdivision, list price, and days on market. You can customize the List view using the settings gear. Click [HERE] to learn how.

Grid View:  The grid view displays the primary photo of the listing, public remarks and listing agent info as well as the tax record link to the MLS Tax Record.
