Contact Details Page

How to get into your Contacts Details Page:

• Hover over People then select Contacts.
• From your Contacts page, select the contact name you would like to see.

Contact Details Page:
In the Contact Details Page, you will see your contact's information, all their Liked Listings and the Listing Alerts you have created for them.

• Contact Information:
  
  • In the upper right corner, you can click on the contact's information, and in the upper left corner you have the ability to edit that information with the Edit Contact button.

• Liked Listings:
  • Anytime your contact is signed into their Client Portal they have the ability to like a listing. They can like a listing either from their Listing Alert or from their own search.
  • The six most recently liked listings will be displayed. To see previously liked listings, click on the View All Liked Listings.

• Listing Alerts

  • You will see the new or updated matches for the Listing Alerts that you have created for this contact. To view the new listings, click on the Review New Results button. If there are no new results since the last time you checked, you can still see the previous listings within the Listing Alert by click on the View All Results button. 

• • When viewing the listings, you can also see any comments that the contact left on the listings. To view the comments, click on the Comments button in the upper right corner.

• • To get back to the Contact Details page, hit the Contact button in the upper right corner.
