Setting Up Office Profile Tutorial

The Office Profile section of your account helps market your company to consumers searching for properties on realtracs.com under our Find a REALTOR®️ section! Similar to how your individual profile allows you to upload a photo and include links to your social media accounts, your office profile features that information and more!

What happens when the consumer searches for a REALTOR®️, and how does setting up our Office Profile affect it?

 

  • They go to realtracs.com, and select Find a local REALTOR®️ in orange.
  • Then, they enter in a Zip Code, City, Office Name or Agent Name.
  • If they entered a Zip Code, City or Office Name and your office profile is filled out fully, with a company logo and a biography, your office will be sorted first towards the top with other companies in that area or with the same name.  
  • When the consumer selects your office, they will see all of your contact information, listings and agents on your roster.  

    To help your Office rise to the top follow the steps below!

  1. Hover over Admin and select Office Profile.  
  2. Here, add your Company Logo by selecting the camera icon, clicking Select New Photo and then saving it
  3. As a Broker, you have the option to allow the listing/co-listing agents in your office to cancel their own listings if they are terminating their listing agreement with the seller.
  4. Scroll down on the Office Profile page to the Office Contact Information section to confirm that your phone number, fax number & showing appt number are all correct, as well as your address.  You should also add your company website, and social media here.    

  5. Adding a biography in the About Us section is HIGHLY encouraged to help boost your Branding when the public is searching for a real estate office on realtracs.com.  You have up to 1000 characters to wax poetic about your office/company!  Once completed, select Save.
