Setting Up Office Profile Tutorial
The Office Profile section of your account helps market your company to consumers searching for properties on realtracs.com under our Find a Realtor section! Similar to how your individual profile allows you to upload a photo and include links to your social media accounts, your office profile features that information and more!
1. Hover over Admin and select Office Profile
2. Here, you can add your Company Logo by selecting the camera icon, clicking Select New Photo and then saving it. You can also confirm that your phone number, fax number & Showing Appt number are all correct, as well as your address.
3. Scroll down on the Office Profile page to ensure correct information. You can also add your company website, and social media URL's here. Adding a bio in the About Us section is encouraged to help boost your Branding when the public is searching for a real estate office on realtracs.com!
Once this is completed, select the save button.
