Whether you're looking for a referral partner, learning more about the agent across the table, or exploring agent activity in your market, Agent Analytics gives you the information you need to make more informed decisions. This add-on tool allows you to search for agents in Realtracs and view their production history, office history, and current inventory. [**How to Cancel**](https://supporthub.realtracs.com/analytics-market-trends-0#How-to-Cancel) **How it works**   **Search for Agents** 1\. Enter your search criteria. Sort and rank agents by clicking any column header. Click once to sort from highest to lowest or click again to sort from lowest to highest. The numbers on the left side of your results show each agent's ranking based on the category you've selected. For example, sort by Closed Volume from highest to lowest to see which agent ranks #1 in closed volume among your search results. Save your search criteria to use again later without having to reenter the information. Under Sales & Performance, choose a time frame: Year to Date, Last 12 Months, Last 24 Months, or Last 36 Months. Offices without closed transactions will not appear. **Create Your Watchlist** 1. Click the Watch button with the pin icon at the top of an agent's profile to add them to your Watchlist. Or click it back on your results list.
